Payment and Shipment

You have the following payment options:

• Credit card: When paying by credit card, your account will be debited after the order has been placed. (MasterCard, VISA)
• PayPal: Your PayPal account will be charged the moment you place your order. Your data is only stored with PayPal.
• Advance payment by bank transfer: The delivery takes place immediately after receipt of the amount you have transferred to our account. (You will receive an e-mail with the relevant data immediately after placing your order).
• Sofort / Klarna.: When paying with Sofort, the charge is made at the moment you place your order.
• Sofort. is the direct transfer procedure of Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) without registering.
• Invoice: You will receive an invoice with the delivered goods. Payable within 14 days after receipt of the goods. (Only possible for existing customers)

Shipment costs (including legal VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of € 4.95 per order. For an order value of 50 € or more, we will pay the shipping costs to a German address.
Remaining countries: A detailed list of the country zones with specific delivery times and shipping fees can be found in the list below.

Delivery dates

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic (Germany) delivery of goods shall take place within 2-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we dispatch the goods together in a joint consignment if no other agreement has been made. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
